STRESS: How to manage it

Hello my lovely friends.I hope your week has been great and that you are having some relazing time this weekend.Every once in a while,everyone experiences a stressful period.Deadlines and all that work sometimes make it hard to smile and get through the day.That's why I decided to share today with you some of my tips to managing stress.As a teenager,I also experience stress periods because of school work and exams,project and goals to maintain.So what can you do to feel better on a stressful day?

  1. Have a break.
It is always a good idea to take a break from all the chaos.Go for a walk,go swimming,go shopping or at the cinema.Maybe just listen to some relaxing music and enjoy yourself.
2.Always take care of your eating habits and physical health
Eating healthy meals and avoiding thos "in hurry" snacks also improves you mental health.Take at least 30 minutes a day to exercise,or just walking.
3.Get enough sleep
Oh yeah,that thing we always forget to do.Having those 3 hours sleep nights is not a good idea.Sleep for at least 8 hours a day for  a full effort on your goal.

4.Plan your time
Create a schedule so you can have everything organised.Don't it leave it for the night before.
You are human,you deserve to have that time to reflect on your life.Not everything in your life will be great,this is not Disney.Understand what is really important and make some priorities.
So these are some tips from me and I hope they are helpful. During this period,I have a lot to do because I have to manage my school work and exams.I also have some high school applications and some organizations applications.I also have to reach my goal of summer body,but I will make sure to update my blog as often as I can.Thank you for supporting me.
